The processing of your personal data will be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, proportionality, finality and protection of your privacy and the rights recognised by EU Reg. 679/16.

The personal data provided will be processed as specified below.

A. DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING.

1. Data processing for sending promotional material by newsletter. The personal data collected as a result of the activation of the newsletter service may be processed by the Data Controller, only with your consent, for the purpose of sending you promotional material by e-mail to keep you updated on company initiatives and promotions. The legal basis for the processing is consent in accordance with Article 6.I lett. a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Reg. 679/16).

2. Management of commercial relations through telematic and/or telephone communications.

The Controller will contact you to communicate how the contractual relationship or negotiation will be managed. Communication will be by e-mail or telephone and will be aimed solely at the proper management of the ongoing business relationship. Your contact details will only be used internally by the Controller's employees.

The legal basis for the processing is consent in accordance with Article 6.I lett. a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Reg. 679/16).

3. Invitations to events. The Data Controller will invite you to training and information events in order to keep you updated on initiatives and news. The legal basis for the processing is consent in accordance with Article 6.I lett. a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Reg. 679/16). The data processed for the purposes referred to in n. 1, 2 and 3 will be common personal data, such as name, surname, VAT number, address, tax code, e-mail address, pec address.

4. Communication of data to other Group companies for commercial promotion purposes.

The Data Controller only with your consent will send your contact details to other companies in the group who will send you commercial offers and invitations to events and initiatives by e-mail. The legal basis for the processing is consent in accordance with Article 6.I lett. a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Reg. 679/16).

B. CATEGORIES AND ORIGIN OF PROCESSED DATA

We will process personal identification and contact data (name, surname, e-mail address and possibly telephone number). The data processed will only be that which you voluntarily provide to the Controller.

  1. MODES OF TREATMENT.

The processing will be carried out using manual and computerised tools and with organisational and processing logics strictly related to the purposes themselves and in any case in such a way as to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data in compliance with the organisational, physical and logical measures laid down by the provisions in force.

Your data will be processed by the Data Controller in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations mainly by computer.

Upon receipt, your data will only be processed by employees who have been appropriately trained and formally authorised to process personal data in accordance with the instructions and within the limits set by the Data Controller.

Collaborators will only request and process data that is strictly necessary for the fulfilment of the contractual service and the obligations imposed by statutory and regulatory provisions and the processing to which you have consented.

Hard copy data will be stored in fireproof and heatproof cabinets, locked with access permitted only to authorised personnel.

The data stored in the information systems are stored on an internal company server, and are protected by anti-malware and personal, complex and untransferable authentication credentials.

Invoice data are stored at Naquadria S.r.l. data centres, Via Orsi, 39, 29122 Piacenza PC, 29122 Piacenza, located within the European Union.

  2. Data processing for sending promotional material by newsletter. Your identification and contact data, limited to this purpose, will be stored for 24 months from the date of your consent.

  1. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT.

You may, at any time, exercise the rights recognised by Legislative Decree 196/2003 and EU Reg. 679/16 by sending a request to the addresses indicated in the header of this document.

Right of access to personal data. You have the right to obtain from the Controller access to and a copy of your personal data undergoing processing, unless the granting of a copy would be detrimental to the rights and freedoms of other data subjects.

Right to rectification. You have the right to obtain from the Data Controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you and the integration of incomplete personal data.

Right to cancellation. You have the right to obtain from the Data Controller the deletion of personal data concerning you.

Right to restriction of processing. You have the right to obtain from the Controller the restriction of the processing. If the processing is restricted, personal data shall be processed, except for storage, only with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or to protect the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of public interest.

Right to withdraw consent. You have the right to revoke your consent at any time by sending a request to the above address. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent previously given.

Right to data portability. You have the right to receive in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format the personal data concerning you that you have provided to a Data Controller and you have the right to transmit these data to a different Data Controller without hindrance from the Data Controller to whom you have provided them if the processing is based on consent or on a contract and is carried out by automated means.

Right of opposition. You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you pursuant to Article 6(1)(e) or (f) including profiling on the basis of these provisions.

Right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority by hand delivery of the same at the offices of the Garante (at the address below) or by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt addressed to Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, Piazza di Montecitorio, 121, 00186 Rome or by sending a certified e-mail message to protocollo@pec.gpdp.it.
