1. WHAT PROCESSING DOES THE SITE CARRY OUT? 

A. Navigation data. 

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This category of data includes IP addresses, the date and time of the request to the server, the url visited, the browser and operating system used, the device used, the numeric code indicating the server's response status (successful, error, etc.), and the logs of the download activities of the explanatory material contained on the site.
The http redirect does not generate personal data that can be accessed or processed by the Controller.
The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Controller pursuant to Art 6.I lett. f ) of EU Reg. 679/16 and therefore the user's consent is not required.

B. Data provided by the user.

B.1. Sending communications to the mail accounts indicated on the site. 

The sending of text messages to e-mail accounts on the website entails the acquisition of the sender's contact data, as well as any personal data communicated by the data subject necessary to reply to the request, also possibly in the form of an attachment. The legal basis for the processing is the fulfilment of contractual obligations pursuant to Art. 6.I lett. b) of EU Reg. 679/16.

B.2. Sending requests via contact form becomes a partner. 

While browsing, the user may contact the Controller using the contact form on the site relating to the user's professional sector. The Data Controller will examine the company profile, take charge of and acknowledge the request. The legal basis for the processing is the fulfilment of contractual obligations pursuant to Art 6.I lett. b) of EU Reg. 679/16.

C. Fulfilment of legal obligations.  

The Data Controller will process the Customer's personal data in order to fulfil obligations imposed by the laws and regulations in force, such as by way of example, making data available to the Public Authorities in the event of accesses, checks and inspections.
The legal basis for the processing is the fulfilment of legal obligations within the meaning of Article 6.I lett. c) of EU Reg. 679/16.

D. Establishment and defence of the rights and legitimate interests of the Data Controller.  

The Data Controller shall take every precaution to avoid litigation. In the event of disputes, the Data Controller may possibly process the personal data of users collected through the site in order to ascertain or defend their subjective legal positions in the course of judicial or pre-litigation proceedings.
The legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller within the meaning of Article 6.I lett. f) of EU Reg. 679/16.

E. Placing orders via the site.

Once registered, partners can place orders by accessing the reserved area with the credentials provided by Customer Care. Within the reserved area, it is possible to view the product catalogue, its price, place the order and check the status of the order.
The data processing carried out within the framework of order processing is aimed at the fulfilment of contractual obligations under Art. 6.I lett. b) of EU Reg. 679/16.

 

2. WHAT DATA WILL YOU PROCESS? WHERE DID YOU GET MY DATA? 

All the processing processes described will only involve the data generated by browsing or sent by the user as a result of sending messages or activating the site's order forwarding service.

The Controller shall process identification, contact and billing data, authentication credentials, and access logs to the order area. The user is requested not to enter sensitive data or data other than necessary.

 

3. FOR WHAT PURPOSES WILL YOU PROCESS MY DATA? 

 A. Navigation data.

Navigation data, necessary for the use of web services, are processed for the purpose of: 

  • obtain statistical information on the use of the services (most visited pages, number of visitors per time slot or per day, geographical areas of origin, etc.); 
  • monitor the proper functioning of the services offered.

Browsing data can only be accessed by the Owner, the site developer to carry out support and maintenance activities via.
Navigation data are not transferred by the Data Controller outside the territory of the European Union, nor are they subject to automated decision-making processes including profiling.

The form data are displayed by LOGIS srl, which then imports them into the management system.

E. Forwarding orders.

The login data are stored on servers owned by Zucchetti, the supplier of the management software formally appointed as data controller.
The personal data generated by the order forwarding activity can be accessed by the Holder for the purpose of taking charge of the order, as well as by LGC Holding S.r.l. with head office in via Artigiani n. 29/31 29020 Vigolzone, C.F. and P.Iva 01123630335, e-mail: info@ligra.it, pec: info@pec.ligra.it, LGC Holding Srl for billing and order management purposes .
Order data and order access logs are stored on Xnoova-owned servers hosted at Naquadria.

 

5. HOW LONG WILL YOU KEEP MY DATA?

A. Navigation data.

Browsing data are kept for 30 days from the date of creation of the log. This is without prejudice to any extension of the storage time as a result of requests from judicial authorities.  

B. Data communicated voluntarily by the user.
B.1. Sending communications to the mail accounts indicated on the site.
B.2. Sending requests via contact form becomes a partner. 

The data communicated by the user are stored for 24 months from the date of their receipt. 

C. Fulfilment of legal obligations.  

Invoice data will be stored for 10 years from the processing of the invoice. 

D. Establishment and defence of the rights and legitimate interests of the Data Controller. 

Data from any litigation will be retained for 10 years from the conclusion of the extrajudicial or judicial proceedings. 

E. Placing orders via the site.
Login data and data relating to the order submitted via the site are stored for 10 years from the date of delivery to which the order refers.

- Right to withdraw consent.
You have the right to revoke your consent at any time by contacting the Controller at the contact details indicated in the header of this notice. Withdrawal of consent shall in no way affect any ongoing business relationship. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent previously given.


- Right of access to personal data.
You have the right to obtain from the Controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed and, if so, to obtain a copy of the personal data undergoing processing, unless the release of the copy would be detrimental to the rights and freedoms of other data subjects.


- Right to rectification.
You have the right to obtain from the Data Controller the rectification and updating of personal data and inaccurate information concerning you without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you shall also have the right to obtain the integration of incomplete personal data.


- Right to cancellation.
You have the right to obtain from the Controller the deletion of personal data concerning you without undue delay if: the data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or processed; you revoke the consent underlying the processing and there is no other legal basis for the processing; you object to the processing and there is no overriding legitimate reason for the processing; the personal data have been processed unlawfully; the personal data must be deleted in order to comply with an obligation imposed by national or EU provisions.


- Right of restriction of processing.
You have the right to obtain from the Controller the restriction of the processing if: you contest the accuracy of the personal data, for the period necessary for the Controller to verify the accuracy of such personal data; the processing is unlawful and you request the restriction of the use instead of the deletion; you need the personal data for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims although the Controller no longer needs them; you object to the processing pending verification of whether the legitimate reasons of the Controller prevail. - Right to object to processing.

- Right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
