Description:
This model of hydraulic turbine makes it possible to demonstrate the transformation of hydraulic potential energy into electrical energy, without using water sources. In fact, it is equipped with an immersion pump, which draws water from the basin and throws it against the turbine blades, thus creating a continuous cycle. A voltmeter measures the voltage at the terminals of the dynamo, and the electrical energy produced can turn on an LED, or turn an electric motor equipped with a propeller.
The pump requires a DC voltage of 12 V. We recommend the use of the power supply unit code 4991, which is not supplied with the unit.
